Quick Breakfast Idea
This Meal can be made in less that 10 minutes and is full of protein, fiber and flavor. A hot, quick breakfast idea that can be made even on busy mornings, and help you start your day energized and ready to go.
- 2 slices of whole-wheat bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6-7 quail eggs
- 1 avocado
- 1 grapefruit
- salt and pepper , to taste
In a skillet, add a little olive oil and cook your eggs in desired style (I did sunny-side-up). sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve in a plate with avocado and grapefruit. Enjoy!
