Mini Pancakes Cereal

1 cup flour
1 large egg
1tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk*
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
mix all the ingredients in a bowl until very smooth, As soon as there are no lumps, stop mixing.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the pancake batter into a squeeze bottle or you can use a teaspoon to scoop it out.
ِِDrop the batter by the teaspoon and cook until the pancakes start to bubble. Flip them with a spatula and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Scoop the pancakes out into a bowl. Serve hot or cold in milk or with a topping of your choice.
