Mushroom lovers, this recipe’s for you. Feel free to add in other vegetables that are in season. Adding a handful of broccoli florets in with the asparagus or some sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil are other ways to add color and flavor to this simple dish.
- 120g Pasta
- 250g Mushroom
- 1 Roughly chopped Onion
- 2 Minced garlic
- 1tbs soy sauce
- Olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2tbs dried parsley
- Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package direction, set aside.
put a pan over medium high heat & cook mushrooms without any oil for about 3minutes.
Add olive oil, onion , garlic, salt&pepper stir fry for about 3minutes, next add soy sauce.
Toss the cooked pasta to the pan continue stirring to mix all the ingredients together.
Use little bit of pasta water to enhance all the juiciness of this pasta dish.
Add in the parsley and Parmesan just before serving.
