Grilled Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients:

• 1 zucchini
• 1/2 onion
• 15 grape/cherry tomatoes
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 250 g pasta any shape you desire
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Balsamic dressing

• 4 tbs olive oil
• 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Grill the vegetables until tender and drizzle olive oil over top of vegetables or you can pan fry veggies with no oil then drizzle olive oil over top of them.

Allow the vegetables to cool after grilling.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil to cook the pasta. Once boiling, add the pasta and boil for 7-10 minutes, or just until the pasta is tender. Drain the pasta and allow it to cool slightly.

For the balsamic dressing, in a bowl add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon, salt, and pepper. Whisk them together until combined.

In a bowl, combine the pasta and vegetables. Pour the vinaigrette over top, starting with half and adding more to your liking. Gently stir the pasta and vegetables until everything is coated in dressing.

کدو سبز ورقه شده 1 عدد

½ پیاز خلالی شده

گوجه گیلاسی 10-15 عدد

روغن زیتون 2 قاشق غذاخوری

پاستا فرمی 250گرم

نمک و فلفل بمیزان لازم

مواد لازم برای سس پاستا

روغن زیتون 4 قاشق غذاخوری

سرکه بالزامیک 3قاشق غذاخوری

سس مایونز 1قاشق غذاخوری

سس خردل 1/2قاشق غذاخوری

نمک و فلفل بمیزان لازم

طرز تهیه

سبزیجاتتون رو با روغن زیتون مخلوط کنید در صورت نیاز نمک فلفل بزنید و در سینی فر بگذارید و داخل فر بگذارید تا گریل بشن و یا در تابه ای روی شعله گاز بگدارید تفت بخورد و به حالت گریل در بیاد

در این بین، قابلمه آب جوش رو روی حرارت بکذارید تا جوش بیاد و بعد پاستا رو اضافه کنید و بگذارید حدود 7-10 بجوشه و بعد آبکش کنید. اگر می خواید پاستاتون زیر دندون نیاد 15 دقیقه بجوشونید و یا تا زمانیکه کاملا از میزان نرمی پاستا راضی باشید

در کاسه ای کل مواد سس رو مخلوط کنید تا یکدست بشه

در ظرف دیگری پاستا، سبزیجات و سس رو مخلوط کنید تا سس بخورد پاستا بره و گرم سرو کنید

این پاستا رو تا 2 روز می تونید در یخچال نگهدارید و گرم یا سرد میل کنید
