- 1 avocado
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs chili pepper, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
Slice the avocado in half and score it with a knife. Use a spoon to scoop the scored avocado into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoon of lemon juice, chopped chili and smash the avocado with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast your bread. Spread each slice of toast with half of the smashed avocado and top with cilantro.
