Flixweed seed & Basil seed Mix drink

This drink is a very refreshing Persian summer drink.  This summer mix is mostly known as a thirst quencher and soothing drink with many health benefits.
Flixweed seeds is not a spice. It’s pretty much flavorless and it is used for medicinal purposes it helps digestive health, improves acne on the face, helps control blood pressure and is a wound healer. The black and tear-shaped seeds that many confuse with chia seeds are rich in proteins, carbs, and essential fats and are packed with a good deal of fiber. Interestingly, these seeds of the basil plant contain no calories. They are hard to chew, so do not take them raw. It’s best to soak them in water before consuming, which makes them more gelatinous. It is recommended to have at least two teaspoons every day to gain health benefits. You could simply mix soaked basil seeds in a glass of milk and have it for breakfast. It makes for a wonderful healthy drink. They help in soothing the stomach lining and thus relieves the burning sensation.

Ingredients:

4Tbs Flixweed seeds(khake-e-shir)

4 Tbs basil seeds

½ cup sugar

4 Tbs natural mint extract or rose water

6 cups Ice Water

instructions:

Pour the seeds into a medium sized pitcher, top with 5cups of water. 

Dissolve sugar with 1 cup water then add to the pitcher. Add natural mint extract or rose water, stir well and pour into ice-filled glasses. Serve chilled.

شربت خاکشیر و تخم شربتی

خاکشیر و تخم شربتی در روزهای گرم طرفدارای زیادی دارند و این نوشیدنی گوارا برای گرما زدگی فوق العاده مفید هست و فواید بسیار زیادی از جمله: نوشیدن خاکشیر جوش های صورت را درمان می کند، تاثیر زیادی در بهبود سوءمزاج و درمان یبوست دارد، رفع بوی بد دهان، برای دفع سنگ کلیه موثر هست. و از فواید تخم شربتی برای رفع عطش مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، تقویت سیستم ایمنی بدن، غنی از آنتی‌اکسیدان‌هاست، به کنترل دیابت کمک می‌کند و برای پوست نیز مفیدهست

مواد لازم

    شکر 1/2پیمانه

    تخم ریحان یا تخم شربتی 4 قاشق غذاخوری

    تخم خاکشیر 4 قاشق غذاخوری

عرق نعنا 4قاشق غذاخوری

    آب یخ 6 لیوان

طرز تهیه

تخم شربت و خاکشیر رو بشورید و توی آب بریزید. من از نوع پاک شده خاکشیر و تخم شربتی استفاده کردم  که زیاد احتیاج به شستن نداشت و اگر شما بصورت فله ای خریدید حتما خوب بشورید و بعد مصرف کنید.

عرق نعنا و شکر رو هم بریزید و هم بزنید

حالا اجازه بدید تا تخم شربت ها توی آب خیس بخورند و لعاب بیندازند، مواد رو داخل بطری و پارچ بریزید و بمدت 30 دقیقه در یخچال بگذارید و بعد با یخ سرو کنید

نکته: وقتی هوا رو به گرم شدن میره من یه بطری از سیروپ (مخلوط آب و شکر غلیظ)آماده می کنم و داخل یخچال نگهداری می کنم و هر زمانی که خواستم شربت درست کنم از این سیروپ تویش میریزم، پیشنهاد میکنم شما هم اگر مصرف شربتتون زیاد هست اینکار رو انجام بدید. در وقتتون صرفه جویی میشه و به سرعت یه شربت خوشمزه خواهید داشت
