I usually start my mornings with a smoothie for breakfast. This Layered Smoothie is the perfect healthy treat for starting your day.
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 ripe banana
Add all spinach layer ingredients to the blender. Pulse until smooth and then pour into glasses.
Rinse the blender. Add all strawberry layer ingredients to the blender and pulse until smooth, then gently pour on top of the spinach layer.
