Blackberries are the highest in antioxidants of any fruit and give your immune system a nice boost. I like adding a little bit of honey to this juice as well; honey is a great natural energy booster!
2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup milk
1 tbs oat flakes
2 tbs cup honey
1 large ripe banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
